The people who founded, and own All Terrier Motives Dog Walking and Pet Care , also run the business - somewhat rare these days in a rapidly growing industry.
Given that the guys who own the business, run the business, we do not employ staff and our clients have peace of mind knowing exactly who is entering their property and being entrusted with the care of their very special family member. We develop very close bonds with all of our dogs and we are trusted and well respected by their owners. Operating from both St Kilda hill and St Kilda Rd, our services extend to most nearby suburbs.
Jeffrey is the founder and primary owner/operator of All Terrier Motives. He started the business back in the late 1990s and has formed strong, and trusting, long-term relationships with his clients and their dogs over these years. Jeff is first aid trained, fully insured and has references and police checks available for peace of mind.
Nicholas has been walking All Terrier Motives clients dogs for many years in a casual capacity. Nicholas shares Jeffreys passion for dogs, and their welfare, and is now on-onboard the All Terrier Motives small, bespoke team as a partner in the business. He is fully insured and has references and police checks also available.
All Terrier Motives were at the forefront of dog walking in Melbourne when we launched in the late 1990s - and we are proud to retain that enviable position 20 years later. Nowadays there is a plethora of start ups everywhere you look. In an unregulated industry it isn't hard to register a catchy name, do an on-line 'training' course, lease a van, launch an effective google ad campaign - to tie in with your spiffy website, and in a 'woof' you're up and running. Well of course anyone can do this, however - just who are you employing to walk your dog, and can you really trust that business to provide the proper care for your very important family member? Unlike many other dog walking businesses, including the many inner-suburban recent 'start-ups' and 'peer groups', we do not work on volume to maximise our earnings by using commercial cargo vans to transport large numbers of dogs in each group. Our regular groups range from 4-8 dogs and they travel in air-conditioned station wagons with comfort and space for all.
